SUNDAY

The weather was much improved today (in that it didn't rain all day).

We went out for a walk across the valley and picked almost a kilogram of blackberries en route.

Just managed to scrape in 10,000 steps

Cooked harissa chicken stuffed with mint and served with red cabbage, spicy sweet potatoes and harissa cottage cheese.
