Sunday Veg

Just a bit on the side.   Peppers will go in with the roast at the last moment(s), and the home grown mini leeks steam with the spinach.  That and roast potatoes with the beef.  Maybe even a Yorkshire pudding - if I gain the energy to make it, which doesn’t seem much likely at the moment.
