Material for the next project

I'm currently working on a cross stitch to decorate what will end up as a couple of C......s sacks for the grandsons.  The material arrived today.  Green for Robin, conventional red for Milo.

Meanwhile, W has spent the day baking.  I saw a thumbnail this morning by Ridgeback, and thought "Oh, she's been making rock cakes" - I realised my mistake on opening the blip.  But it took me back to my childhood, and I found a couple of recipes, and said to W that I'd quite like some "sometime".  So he's made rock cakes, and South African rusks today.  And now he's back in the kitchen, cooking dinner.
