Teddington cemetery

I went for my first walk on my own since leaving hospital today, halfway round I met my next door neighbour and her dog and ended up walking back home with her, I found standing difficult, I mean standing still talking before we started walking again. I cooked a spaghetti Bolognese for Zebedee and Chinese vegetables and rice and salmon for Gulliver and I, A lot more standing which I found uncomfortable, I’ll have to see how I feel tomorrow, Gulliver has been so helpful cleaning the kitchen and putting all the recycling out. First time I’ve cooked for weeks!
