Coffee with Royston

Max has gone to stay with his mum for a couple of days, we had a lovely coffee together and a little walk round the Sematary before he left, he made dinner for us before he went as well, he is so kind.

I’ve had a really bad stomach due to some of the medication I’m taking, I have halved the dose on the doctors advice and today had a bad headache so I’m probably withdrawing from it or something, felt pretty low so went to bed and felt better in the evening.

The boys have been pretty helpful, we enjoyed the bake off together, had a late night food shopping delivery which they put away for me.
