Weather Window

The skies were clear early this morning so I used my ski pass to go up on the first Diablerets cable car. I love the position of the Diablerets Hut seen from the cable car which actually had quite a few skiers in it for the one piste that was open up there. The skies were becoming progressively milky as I came back down and walked around Lac Retaud for the reflections including grumpy fishermen in extras. By mid afternoon the greyness had returned and we are in for some days of rain so I was glad to have stolen the weather window.
