Spicy

Woken up at 6am by a food delivery from Iceland, for the quarantinees, then slept fitfully till 8. Out for a walk/run first thing. Followed by shower, housework, trip into town, lunch at the birds nest cafe, buying ginger and spices from the market , and plasters from boots. Boots were clearing the shelves ready for the Xmas stock! Too early imho.
and then home for a rest.
When I resurfaced at 630pm, guests were waiting for me to join them for a curry-I can’t keep this up. It’s very kind of them, but not what I’m used to.
Ooh! Also today, I got a packet of flowers seeds from a neighbour because I put a sign out saying help yourself to anything in the skip. And a £30 MnS voucher from another neighbour for letting him put some carpet on the skip after I’d put all my stuff in!! karma baby
