a thing called love

As it is St Valentines day what do I blip. It has to be a heart of some kind. Tried taking a heart shape on red paper but it was a bit blurred.

I settled for this in the end. Our daughter made us a pair of cushions for Christmas. They both had hearts on like this and she embroidered the words We Love You on it.

It was made with love as they do not have any spare cash. In fact when she has been short of cash she has always made gifts like this and I have many such things stashed away from when she was a child. She used to raid my needlework box and for my birthday or Mothers day I would be given an exquisite cushion or needle case and they are all very treasured..

So very fitting for valentines day methinks.
