Neapolitan Viennetta!

So today was filled with jobs for Mum at her house and then garden and house jobs here. Mum came over here this afternoon and brought a few plants for our garden and then we had dinner together. She had brought a treat for us to try - a Neapolitan Viennetta! I had expected that it might have 3 flavours of ice cream but it was just strawberry and vanilla with the crunchy chocolate: still quite yummy!

After dinner we recorded a message for Mum’s cousin who will celebrate her golden wedding anniversary - we did it in about 4 takes and I think if the Queen ever needs a stand in, Mum would do a fine job!!
