A socially distanced wedding
Another very windy day. I went for a walk around the village and the castle had been set up for a wedding with hangings on the bridge to the tower and chairs and tables set out for the reception.
At the moment 30 people are allowed to attend a wedding but on Tuesday the number goes down to 15 so this group must be happy that they don't have to tell people that they're uninvited. It must be a difficult decision to make!
The chairs and tables are socially distanced so keeping to the guidelines. The wind is so strong that any food or drinks could be blown away into the moat so ducks, swans and smaller birds might end up with a feast!
The castle must be pleased to be able to host events again as they've struggled for income over these past months.
