Unplanned evening out.

Did a few jobs in the house and garden this morning. And some overdue pruning this late afternoon - it was curtailed after my wife sustained an eye injury - nothing to see, but irrigation didn’t resolve. So we booked an appointment in our NHS minor injuries unit and went along. A well organised establishment. I’d my first drive in the dark in ages on the way home.

Our older son had a west highland day out, including a ferry crossing and great scenery. An early start, a few short walks and lots of driving - he works from home permanently just now, so enjoyed his adventure. His timeline photos were great. Others in the family were at school, last day of week 7 for them.

Lockdown restrictions continue - ramped up in Wales, and parts of N England. And several hundred new student cases in Scotland.
