Important message.

Feeling a bit flat after a busy period. It happens.

I went to the local open farm. It’s always good for my wellbeing. The animals are well cared for by the community volunteers and professionals. They’re trying to discourage over feeding, yet encourage public involvement. A nice establishment.

Did some admin and watched the resumption of the Commons after the Supreme Court judgement. “Welcome back to our place of work” said Mr Speaker. Interesting times.

Later we parked down at the beach. The sea was active, big waves, and the Sands deserted. In the distance we saw a young couple head for the waters edge, strip off a bit and go in. It must’ve been bracing. On our walk we met them, dried off and back at their bikes at the beach head path. We learned the young lady had submitted her PhD to the University today; they’d gone into the water to mark the occasion. It was a memorable thing to do I’m sure.
