Oh, Deer!

First of all, thank you all so VERY much for all the kind, comforting words. They really meant a lot xx

A walk in the woods seemed the ideal way to finish this day (along with 32 km of walking) and it was so great to see the deer starting to be more friendlier already!  This little fawn has lost its spots but so clearly tiny still.  No doubt a doe as she was very skittish as well (the button bucks tend to be more curious and bold).

Friday tomorrow...I wonder what surprises it will bring...
