THURSDAY WFH Day #120

There was an autumnal feel to the air this morning as I set out on a 6 km run just after 7:00 am. It was dry and the temperature was in single figures at the start but it felt hot and humid (and raining) by the home strait.

Another day in the home office. I’ve not worked in the office since 12 March so I’ve now worked at home in all four seasons - winter, spring, summer and autumn.

I took this shot on the outward leg and the mad cow extra around the 2km point.

Just over 7,000 steps so far but I might update things later in the day.

In the end I just scraped past 10,000 steps.
