Escape!

This wheelchair hoodie had just emerged from the hospital entrance, one leg up and fag in between two fingers, to a rainy afternoon.  He expressed his disappointment loudly at having to smoke in the rain.

But next moment he had donned the hooded coat and was off down the access road, to all intents and purposes escaping the bonds of medical personnel . . .
