Feather...
...on the beach. It looks large in this photo but it was only about 2 1/2 inches long. The edge of the beach and the water were packed with geese this morning. I wish I could say they were gathering for the winter migration, but it's a sad fact that most don't leave anymore because there are so many people who feed them, & why work for it if someone will drive up and throw it to you for free. Tom had day two of his five days of chemo, and I walked 2 miles on the Preserve while he was waiting for his drug to be mixed & hung. Back home now and waiting for the guy to come look at the outside of our enclosed porch and give us some insight on whether it's better to side it or to stick with the wood. Only took me two years to get someone to come look at it! Thanks to Mary for hosting TinyTuesdays this month, & for her theme of tiny in black and white. :))
