Pre-autumnal.

I took my lunch out into the fields today as it's only ten mins or so to get out of the village on the Ebike, (Malcolm the Multicharger can be seen posing in the extra photo) and I came across this scene that has all the hints of autumn's approach.

The last cut of the year for the grass, a flailed hedge now nesting has finished and a few red berries in the hedgerow. 

Where better to spend a lunch hour away from the work computer in the now permanent home office? I can't imagine going back into the office in the city again and not having this on my doorstep at lunchtime.
