Been here before, makes me crave a wider angle.

My new bundle of CDs arrived today and I spent the afternoon buried in the new Foals album. On first listen I wasn't that fussed, but it's start to grow on me and I can see it taking a firm hold. They've moved even further along the epic path taken on Total Life Forever and part of me misses the short jagged funk of their earlier tunes, however it's nice to see a band showing genuine ambition with their sound. Think Late Night is my favourite so far.
