Had a day off today and since it was a nursery day for Arlo, me and Tracey were able to do whatever the heck we wanted. The decision was quickly made to kick practical to touch, with the exception of a quick blood donation. So we pretty much wandered the length and breadth of the town, exploring, chatting, lunching, portrait gallery visiting, drinking tea and eating cakes. Absolutely lovely. Only disappointment was that the #unravel project at inSpace wasn't open to the public today.

How come with all that spare time I barely pressed the shutter on my camera? Too busy enjoying all of the other stuff. Can't be photo crazy all the time, although the photography room in the portrait gallery has definitely sparked some thoughts.

We chatted a bit about Whitney Houston, which led onto Jordin Sparks and then back round to Aaliyah. Now there's an RnB superstar that's worth the entry fee. Not my usual fare, but this is from a time where RnB still meant innovation and not saccharine.
