Schrodinger’s farewell

Or how to be happy and sad at the same time. Happy because he’s off to Uni to do what he wants, and sad because he won’t be coming through the door after work with his big smile and his happy, positive attitude in future. 

This will take some time to assimilate. 

We had a nice time in Canterbury. His accommodation is spacious and clean with en suite facilities, although a bit institutional in style. He will make it his own, I’m sure.

 Took a walk into the lovely old city centre along the river Stour. Went for lunch in an amazing pub with a very extensive vegan menu and uber friendly staff. The city centre is full of charm with swans and punts and ancient buildings housing contemporary coffee shops. But there are modern murals and students everywhere too. Check out the extras.
