I'll tell you all about it...

Shish had a concert tonight. She sings in a folk choir. They will be getting new costumes soon and all the sponsors seem to get to have a private concert as thanks. When she came home, she wanted to tell us all about it. The main thing seemed to be a ham sandwich. I love my children's explanations and descriptions of things. I always end up totally clueless.

Next to her, bubbling away on the range, is The Endless Chicken. That chicken has laid us over a 1000 eggs, made for a lovely liver and garlic pasta meal, a delicious soup, a chicken curry and next up she'll be the liquid in a risotto. Chickens really are super-dooper and should be treated with more respect...did you know, most chicken that gets eaten lives fast and dies young - not like my old birds.
