September rose

My roses haven’t done very well this year, but this one suddenly produced this perfect bloom. The backs of the pearls are white, making a striking contrast with the red. I don’t know its name.
We had a garden maintenance visit today when Normous toured the garden with him, outlining what he felt needs doing. It was all written down in Tom’s notebook, but sadly he can’t do the work until November.
It has been a bright day, but there was a strong cooling breeze.
