Handmade in Yorkshire!

It's arrived!
I'm a happy bunny today - at last we can sit comfortably on the boat. The sofa is made by Sofabed Barn in Bradford. Of course it had to come in 6 parts in order to get it on the boat but it was easy to put together. We love it!
You may notice that one of the cushions matches my dress. I made the dress first and had enough left over fabric to make a cushion, I also made the other 2 from remnants I found in Skipton. The two plain ones came free with the sofa.

We walked into Skipton this morning and I bought a longed for mini incinerator. Frank doesn't like me burning paper in the little boat stove as it clogs it up so now I can burn it all outside on the tow path (well away from the boat!).

We'll be having a veggie curry and beer tonight and watching a DVD and not getting numb bums while we do so!
