La Papa Loca

I have lost track of the number of times I have featured this Zihua eating establishment, but every time we have baked potatoes here I am inspired to try and capture the quintessential photo of this roadside restaurant. I also think I feature it so that those who we have taken here over the years know we are once again eating at one of their favorite food places. Tonight we introduced a new group to La Papa Loca. I am sure their mouths will begin watering whenever they see the future photos I am likely to take when we return again and again to one of our top three restaurants anywhere.
