Out and about

We were up early and over to the Dentist in Dingwall.We had to wait outside till our appointment time and then phone the surgery. We were then allowed up the stairs were we waited to be let in. Our temperature was taken, a few questions answered, we had to sanitise our hands and put on one of their masks. I was then taken to the hygienist where she cleaned my teeth with the ‘pokey stick’ and gave them a polish. Not able to wash out after but was offered a drink of water. Through the one way system to wait in the socially distant waiting room.All magazines,leaflets, cold drink/ coffee machine had been removed and lots of posters and cards stopping people sitting on certain seats.A quick visit to the dentist , all fine so luckily I will not have to go back for 6 months, Mike has to have a filling.The painful bit was paying the £28 towards the PPE !
We met David in Tesco and went for breakfast which was really tasty.They are still doing the eat out scheme so it was only £8 for all of us :)
We went out exploring afterwards stopping at a few lochs and dams.The sun came out after a very wet and then misty start.
We bought some lunch from Beauly which we had at Redcastle :)
