Sprouting time

One of my garlic bulbs has decided it's going to make new life, so I will plant the cloves and see what happens.

I am cooking crab and leek tarts for a (socially distanced) get together with two of my neighbours tonight. They both have gardens (unlike me) so it's s great treat.

We are calling it 'The last glimmer of summer' get together.
