Sunny Sunday

Started off this morning with a delightfully sunny 4 mile run. I can't help but remind myself that normally I'd be in half marathon shape by now, gearing up for the Lake Vyrnwy Half. I can barely shuffle round 4 miles at the moment.

Zoom church this morning and then an hour or two of holiday planning because it's never too early.

It's been such a glorious, late summer's day and I kind of wish I'd done more with it. Instead, I mowed the lawn and walked around the block with Grace and rehearsed my school assembly. I wish I'd have been up a hill.

The Moores are renowned for our obsessive behaviour. My brother's current obsession is his caravan, mine is walking up hills. I wonder which will last the longest.
