Sunday Pudding

Have so many apples now that I decided to make an apple pie.  Anyone who knows me knows that I don't do pastry, cakes yes, but not pastry.  So determined to give it ago, today was the day. Quite pleased with the result, should be all right with some custard.  
At least the sun is shining, so that is good anyway.
