Mono Monday - Up and Down

After puzzling what I could do for today's Mono Monday challenge,  the only thing I could come up with were a set of step ladders.  The problem being, that would entail getting T to stop what he was doing, fetch every thing out of his shed to get at the ladders, decided surely I could come up with something simpler than that.  So went upstairs. to have another think, 'Eureka moment', looked at the remote control to my stair lift with it's Up and Down arrows, which enable me to go up and down the stairs.
