Special delivery

Took over a new bottle of Tobermory whisky for Dad, bought at the distillery last wet Wednesday.  We were bemoaning the lovely green bottles that they used to have but I was told that green glass has become hard to find and very expensive.  Whirlwind of food shopping and restocking today and cooking for friends coming over tomorrow.  Battling a pesky recipe for blackberry and apple ice cream where the amounts don’t make sense and the methodology is somewhat illogical.  One realises that recipes plucked off the internet haven’t always been tested the five times Jamie Oliver says he tests his..... Then a big LA phone call mid afternoon.  The Americans in my business seem to have lost all sense of boundaries in lockdown...
