After lunch

Golden beautiful day   Friends over to lunch from West Meon and V cooked lasagne in one of Charlotte’s huge dishes and I served up the blackberry and apple ice cream which was fortunately very nice indeed.  Walked the dog over the hill in the evening bumped into some other friends who were about to sit down with a bottle of rose to watch the sunset but I made my excuses and left...Back to London tomorrow for the week
