Last night we enjoyed Indian food.  Sadly we were just about the only customers, one couple leaving as we arrived and a group of 5 males arriving as we left.  This restaurant used to always be busy, especially on a Saturday evening.   On the upside the service is still excellent and the food good.  As we were finishing our meal the young lady who works as the office manager was about to go home.  She came over to say hello and we ended up chatting for about ten minutes.  The discussion ranged from food to music.  It was a lovely way to end an all ready pleasant evening.  One thing that is keeping this restaurant going is the dramatic increase in take away food.  There are always food delivery drivers waiting to collect food.  Apparently the restaurant is running a bit of a promotion on take away food, but as we informed our friend, we prefer to go out to eat.
