Local market
This is a shot of our local market. It is actually called Siri Wattana Market, but because it is on Tanin Alley it is known as Tanin Market. You can buy most things here from fruit and vegetables to clothing. There are also eating places. It is actually very vibrant once you enter the market. This shot is of the outside and if you could follow the arrow you would arrive at my road and condo complex. I had actually been out to buy wool, or as it is called here, knitting yarn, from the local stationery shop. There is a wool shop close by, but I like having a browse around the stationery shop. It is an absolute treasure trove. I will reveal what I am knitting when it is finished.
Hubby went to collect his bike registration papers and number plate, or so he thought. It turns out that he was taken to the office where bikes are registered so that his paperwork and details could be re-established . Hopefully he will get the plates in a couple of weeks. Talking of the bike. Hubby took me for a 5 minute spin, I was absolutely terrified, we didn't go above 40kph . He was picking up his phone that had needed a new battery, I walked home. Motor bikes are definitely not my thing.
