A Trip to the Woods

Matthew popped in to pick up the bike and had instruction on the use of spd pedals. Lots of practice required to get in and out of the pedals until it becomes automatic. However he should find pedalling more efficient.

Out for a run later than usual to test out my new Gortex trainers. Felt much more confident on slippy terrain.

This afternoon a short drive to Cropton Forest. The seasons are definitely changing.
