Tightrope

It has been a lovely day weather-wise.  Almost like summer having a last fling before autumn for real takes over.  We had lunch in the garden then I went on my usual walk, which included today a circuit of the closed and deserted car park belonging to Anne Hathaway's Cottage.

There were a few spiders webs around but I particularly liked the simplicity of this picture, complete with bokeh!

The extra is a definite sign of autumn, horse chestnuts (conkers) in their shells beginning to drop whilst the leaves on their trees turn brown.
