Social distancing...

.... of tables meant inside the Tudor Rose in Westerham looked very empty this morning. Gail and I met here today and we had our first cup of coffee with only one other lady in the café. But business was good. Most people had chosen a table outside the café and even on the green. We soon joined them. It’s been another gift of a beautiful day of warm sunshine.

Great to join T@3 Zoom meet in Wonersh this afternoon and see friends there and in Dubai. Very clever.

Little Sis sent a photo and accompanying letter she read in The Daily Telegraph of the National Trust property we visited yesterday. A really disappointed visitor asking what we are paying for at the moment when houses are closed and gardens have been left to their own devises, lakes have become covered with algi and one way signs spoil spontaneity. Yes, it was like that at The Vyne yesterday but their was so much still to enjoy.... and we were in wonderful company.
