Go Eat Clean

John went to his friends for an indian take away and I couldnt be bothered to cook for just me, so I got a take away delivered to home. It was from Go Eat Clean which is an amazing start up business nearby. You pick a protein option, a grain and vegetable portion. I was hungry so had a double protein portion of hamoumi and vegetable kofta with spiced rice and kale. The sauce is coconut, lime and coriander. It was absolutely delicious!

Kitchen fitters have been in today. They hit a stumbling block because our square kitchen is not actually square, its all a bit complicated, hopefully they can figure it out. John said he is relieved that he didn't decide to fit it himself. It does mean probably more delay.

I am really hoping we will at least have a working sink and washing machine this weekend, or by Monday. I'm getting fed up with doing the washing up in the bath and I dont feel that I can take any more washing to my parents as Mum is feeling off colour.
