Guarantee(s)

Our insurers guarantee repair or replacement of repair is not possible, what they don’t guarantee timescale so here we are sixteen days after initially reporting it, (for the 5th breakdown this year), still awaiting a repair; “parts are on order sir”.
All these trips to either the laundrette or the rugby club washing machine are enough to make you thirsty!!
