Early Morning Light

Another ridiculously early wake up, so another chance to enjoy the sunrise! This one was different - a bit muted - but still beautiful. I liked the way the sun eventually broken through the mists as a peachy yellow ball - blipped in 'My Third' journal.

Home for porridge and coffee, then off for a lovely long walk along the beach with my Wednesday friends! I t was warm, so no jumper or jacket required, and the sun was bright - a fabulous day and a fabulous catch up. The world ought to be running more smoothly now :)) 

I've barely even looked at the photos from our walk but I've included one in extras. I've clocked up 17,379 steps today and I'm now pretty tired, having slept for less than 4 1/2 hours last night....
