Ben Venue giving it all...

Falling in bogs, going over ankles and an outstanding fall to finish it off all made for an eventful but enjoyable day out running in the hills!

Not all my me I might add.... but evenly shared out between my running buddy Hazel and I.

Had to soak my kit and scrub it before it went onto the machine to try and get all the bog mud out of it!

Ice pack on ankle as I type! :O

The dogs got off lightly with only a few face plants in the odd bog to deal with!
