Pumpkin in Hohenfurch
We had the first fog of autumn this morning but it burnt off pretty quickly, the sun came out and warmed up the terrace and I sat out there reading. Felt like a summer’s day.
Then off to Rosie’s new house in Hohenfurch, armed with sunny smiles and apple tart which I’m pleased to say was pretty good, even if Rosie’s on some low-carb diet and isn’t eating cake. She made an exception. Last year the place was a work in progress but now she’s pretty much finished the house and garden so after a tour of the house (as you do) we sat outside, drinking coffee and yacking away for a couple of hours. The pumpkin kept it’s own council.
