Tart?

Straight out the oven, the latest French Apple Tart looks good, smells good but will it taste good? We’ll find out tomorrow. Used a new source of apples so here’s hoping it won’t be a tart tart.
Spent the afternoon earning Brownie points from S’s mum as we remodelled a weed-prone but inaccessible part of a window box, moving plants, removing weeds and soil, then adding a new membrane and 25kg of granite chips. She’s happy as Larry for now but I wonder how long it’ll take for those weeds to reappear.
