Wet day

It was raining when I got up and took Hetty out, and it continued to rain heavily until just before we got to our next campsite at around 2:30. We had planned to do a couple of walks but the first one we got so wet we went back to the van and the second one there had been a rock fall and the route was blocked, and it was raining. Odd system with the facilities on the last site is the opposite way round on this site, everyone is given a band and you hang it on a hook when you go in and take it back when you come out, I think last night was better.
The van smelt of wet dog all day but it’s not rained since we arrived here and once the windows had been open for an hour it’s gone. Lovely sand and stone beach so we had a lovely walk before cooking dinner and then a walk along the lane after.
Lots of birds on the shore and a seal popped up a few times.
Someone had built a stone circle which I thought was rather good.
