The Birthday of Mother Mary.

It is quite an Autumnal day, cold cloudy and drizzly at times.
Paul and me are making our first Vegan bread. It means using beaten chick pea water instead of eggs. There was no Just Egg in Tesco, that being another alternative.
It smells very nice and I am hopeful it will taste great with some plum jam I bought from the Parish church.
I love the beautiful leaves of the Tree of Paradise and none of them are starting to turn colour so far.
