Lifelike by the canal.

This is one of a number of extraordinarily lifelike figures which adorn the canal side of the "artist's house" by one of the canals in Bangkok.

We've passed it before but this time we persuaded our boat driver to stop so we could go in and wonder round. There were some amazing paintings as well as postcards and notebooks etc. - I'd like to share some if those but Blip rules prevent it!

There was also some Thai food in pots but we resisted as we were going to be stuck on a boat for a bit longer!

The figure in this photo is, for some reason, a strong coloured red - the figure on the left is a real live lady - who just happened to sit next to him.
