Fire! Fire!

I left him for an hour to go shopping, I bought this incinerator as DS was making noises about ‘having a bonfire’ , when I got home he’d laid a few bricks on the gravel and was poking a bonfire with a stick!!!
We managed to transfer it to this can before he set the trellis or summerhouse alight!
We taught our kids to build, light, tend and cook on a fire whilst living in Peel, IOM. The beaches there are much less used than here, always plenty of drift wood. They soon learn to keep out of the smoke and not touch the warm end of a stick. Plus, who doesn’t like a fire?!?
