Day 165 of COVID-19 UK lockdown (opening up)

Another busy day; Just as we were about to go out, an old friend knocked our front door. He's looking to buy a house opposite, and recognsied my car!  He's thinking of moving as social housing near his current place are making life difficult. Not the first time I've heard horror stories. It'll be good if he buys as he's a lovely bloke and would make a fab neighbour.

Afterwards we bought two sets of pre-assembled bedroom furniture from a local furniture store in Ross on Wye. Good old fashioned service and prices, we chatted to the assistant for an hour as he was from Zimbabwe and South Africa where we have spent a bit of time, and he had us in stitches laughing about memories of these two great countries.

Todays blipfoto is an aerial taken from my patio. It shows the A40 looking northwards and catching a very pleasing sunset. A lovely end to the day.
