Old-fashioned.....

This lovely very old-fashioned shrub is growing in our garden. It is a treasure. It it known as “Bridal Wreath” aka Spiraea prunifolia. My late mother and grandmother both had this shrub growing in their gardens many years ago. I remember being enchanted with it as a child. I thought the tiny individual flowers were “Fairy Flowers”.
I have not seen examples of this shrub in any gardens for years.
