New uniform

Bea had her first day back at preschool. She was very proud to be one of the older ones now and told me she was helping the new ones settle in. She went in very smart with a brand new jumper on. She came home COVERED in paint. Her key worker said she did suggest an apron but Bea wouldn't have any of it - she knows her own mind!

Ivy had her first swimming lesson this evening at the new pool. It was excellent, definitely worth the extra money and distance. She loved it and I was impressed.

John has done all the prep work ready to plaster tomorrow and has latexed the floor. He is making good progress.

It was a rushed day though, with 2 different drop offs and pick up, work inbetween, a quick dinner and then to swimming. I will be happy to collapse in front of the TV with John once the girls are asleep.
