Skimming the Waves

Being slightly incapacitated I was wondering how I could conjure up a Blip.  I blame that David Nixon.  Seated in the porch, leg supported, the Current Mrs Creel pointed out a sailing boat was skimming along the Flow.  Surely it was crewed by Blip Central.
